Should you not be satisfied with your merchandise for any reason, you may return it within 14 days after receipt and receive a refund or exchange. How do I find my size?
We measure in US/Canada ring sizes. The sizes are identical in Canada and USA. We offer whole, half and quarter sizes. Please note sometimes sizers are different and its best if you purchase the plastic ring sizer from us even if you have been measured before. Sizing can vary from jeweler to jeweler so using our sizer will best ensure a proper fit.
Do you re-size rings?
We do resize rings. If you do request resizing it can delay delivery of an item from 1 to 5 days.
Rings can usually be resized up or down no more than 2 sizes. With your purchase, you get a single re-size for free. Additional resizing service will incur service fees.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eternity band resize requests as the eternity band must be completely re-made.
A charge of $50 additional to restocking fee will apply if a resized ring will be sent back for refund.
Please contact us on each individual ring as re-sizing may or may not be an option due to the design of the ring.
Do we offer appraisal/certificate with our products?
To guarantee the reliable quality of all our items and give you the ultimate peace of mind and confidence, we have provided you with an appraisal report containing a detailed grading report free of charge on most listed items! Every certificate includes specifications about gemstones and jewelry and comes from a gemological laboratory.
What is the source of our diamonds?
All our rough diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflicts and in compliance with UN resolutions. We hereby guarantee that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds. We are a Canadian company and buy a lot of the diamonds from Canadian diamond suppliers that are one of the most reliable conflict free diamond suppliers in the world.
Do you sell new jewelry?
All our items are new made by our team of jewelers, we do not sell estate or used jewelry. Most items in our store are made to order however we do make items for stock that are ready to ship and will be marked so.
Why are your prices lower than retail prices in stores?
Due to our incredible volume purchase and purchasing power we have fully vertically integrated operations. We control the whole process from gemstone cutting to selling retail. Since all items are made in house and we are a manufacturer we do not incur retail rental costs and thus able to deliver to you quality jewelry at affordable price.
Do you sell lab created or man made gemstones?
We do not sell lab created or man made gemstones unless specifically stated in the description.
What grading system do you use for gemstones?

How do you ship items over 1,000$?
We ship all items via FedEx/UPS/USPS/Canada Post/Asendia with full insurance. Items over 50,000$ are shipped via Brinks.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do ship items internationally. Please email or call us to find out if your item can be shipped to your country and the rates for shipping. You can also find international rates on each separate listing.
Can I combine multiple items into 1 shipment?
If you purchased 2 or 3 items it can be shipped together however we do not combine the shipping and handling as it also covers the insurance of the items and packaging.
If I send payment today, how fast can you ship?
All items are sent the next day of payment except items that have been paid by a method that is awaiting clearance. When your payment is cleared the item will be sent the next day. For payment plan customers, once the last payment is made your item is shipped the very next day if it is a stock item. If the item is made to order it will be shipped in the time frame specified to create your beautiful piece of jewelry.
Regular shipping time varies from 5-7 business days to USA/International countries and 3-5 days locally. Please email us for shipping rates and times.

How long is the production process after the payment is made?
After the payment is made, the production process on most custom orders takes 1-2 weeks however some jewelry pieces that are more complex can take up to 4-6 weeks. Each individual listing comes with a timeframe for production process.
